Even though the website reports the system is down, it is actually working. Unfortunately, it is responding much slower than typical. Normally the round trip time is in the order of seconds. Now it seems to take over a minute. To be investigated.

The system has several automatic recovery mechanisms, it looks like all is working fine again. Most likely the cause was a short network outage.

There is an issue with the system status indicator, it is not updating properly, even though the system reports down, the system is mostly up and running. To be further investigated at the end of May.
